Use Case No. 01
Every small business deserves a website that works for them.
Tumblers — Ottawa Gymnastics Club
The Problem
Tumblers is a gymnastics club in Ottawa. Like most small businesses, they have a website — built on Squarespace, set up at some point, and mostly left alone since. It's not because the owner doesn't care. It's because there's no IT department. No marketing person. Just a dedicated team focused on coaches, kids, and programs.
The result? A website that drifts. Events that don't get updated. Photos that age. Copy that no longer reflects what the club actually offers. Visitors show up and can't tell if the club is active, growing, or still open.
This isn't a Tumblers problem. It's one of the most common challenges for small and medium businesses: a complete absence of IT presence.
The Question
What's the best way for a business like Tumblers to have a website that is always current, always looks clean and modern — with little to no involvement required from the owner?
